On 19 December 2013 they held the reception in Indonesia. Then after they married, they went to California (America) for several months. A few months later, Jessica Iskandar comes back to Indonesia and many people said that she was pregnant because Jessica often uploaded some fetus photos of her baby on her social media account. That is why many people sure that she was pregnant in California. Suddenly on 13 October 2014 Ludwig divorce Jessica Iskandar because of some reasons, he said that he never married with her and his parents didn’t agree with the wedding because Jessica was not from king’s daughter, they had different caste.

Now, she is still active in television shows such as, “Dahsyat” as the host and “Pesbukers” as the comedian. Then, she was decided to take care of El Barack as a single parent since 2014. According to this link Edward, Julian. (2014). Ini Kronologi Pernikahan Fiktif Jessica Iskandar-Ludwig. Retrieved November 07, 2014, http://showbiz.liputan6.com/read/2130803/ini-kronologi-pernikahan-fiktif-jessica-iskandar-ludwig
We can learn from her life that we should believe in ourselves and keep strong. Like when Jessica was able to treat El Barrack herself without her husband, she pass it patiently without complains. When many problems come towards us, just be confident. We should trust to God that all moments in our life are the best decisions. From this experience we also can learn about how to find the correct person who really given from God. Do not try to follow our own heart but always try to follow God’s voice.  Because our heart often false but God never false.

LGBT in Indonesia

LGBT existed since the 1990s. LGBT stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender, LGBT term used for people or a community stating that transgender and transsexual movement they are different from the normal person in general. As same-sex love call lesbian and gay, woman to woman and man to man. As for bisexual is someone who is willing to men and women, then transgender is someone who is inequality gender identity of a person for the gender assigned to him, such as Jenna Teleckova famous model from Canada initially he sexed male but when he was 14 years old he operation turn sex into a woman. According to this link ---, --.(2016).LGBT. Retrieved November 6, 2016, from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT
This issue is very important to be discussed because, in this era, many people agree with LGBT and worse some States formally approved the same-sex marriage. Very obviously it also raises a lot of pros and cons. There may be many people wonder why in Indonesia are not allowed LGBT / same-sex marriage legally? Because, first Indonesia is a religious country, perhaps Indonesia is a country that embraces the democratic system but Indonesia still use religion as its foundation it is written in PANCASILA precepts to one. The most religion (Christian, Muslim, Catholic, Buddhist and Hindu) strictly prohibits the existence of LGBT. Second LGBT is a kind of mental illness because of accusatory nature and not by the sexual orientation of the statement by Dr. Fidiansyah in a discussion Indonesian Lawyer's Club (ILC). Next, LGBT also deviates from the values and norms that exist in Indonesian society where social norms largely taken from tribal religion and culture. In addition, LGBT also communicable diseases, when LGBT contagious and infected some of Indonesia then automatically over time could become extinct because of no continuation off spring because most LGBT result can only adopt children. Related with this link Regina, A.F. (2016). 10 Alasan Bangsa Indonesia menolak Legalisasi LGBT. Retrieved February 14, 2016, from http://reginafadjriandira.blogspot.co.id/2016/02/10-alasan-bangsa-indonesia-menolak.html
So it was a thing to note why Indonesia is not supported LGBT and not formalize same-sex marriage legal. Although humans have the freedom to choose, but if one determines as a choice there will be friction between the groups, to differences of opinion, differences in the interests of social conflict and ended up generating divisions. Therefore advised that it would be good to be more selective and cautious when deciding on a particular choice is in conformity with the religious orders, is in conformity to social norms or are in accordance with applicable law whether in Indonesia.

FASHIONABLE, WHY NOT?!

Fashion is a constant and popular style that always developing every year is designed by the designer, especially in the way of dressing. And in the way of dressing also included as the main human needs. Moreover, globalization increasingly widespread nowadays and many people are started to pay attention to fashion. So the demand of fashion become increasing. Then, it’s automatically many industries-fashion industry that must be established. Not only abroad, but in Indonesia there is also a wide range of fashion industries, which is widespread in the cities. So I think fashion is a primary need that must be fulfilled.
There are many kinds of fashion in Indonesia, from the traditional until to modern modifications.  It is happened because of the globalization. In the 15-19 century, Indonesian’s women still wore kebaya as the clothing. But in the 1990s, the fashion of western started to enter Indonesia and became very popular among children, adolescents, and the elderly.  Western fashion continued until the end of 2008. After that, in 2009 there was another change in the fashion that began to aggressively talked among teenagers, it was fashion from Korea. The fashion trend continued in Indonesia until now.
But there is one kind fashion that is booming in this month, it is casual fashion. Because many enthusiasts who wear casual fashion, either from abroad or inside the country. Besides looks sweet, graceful and feminine this kind of fashion is also very suitable to use in the tropic areas, which is in accordance with the characteristic of Indonesia season. Therefore a lot of shops that sell casual products. And often we meet a lot of people who combine their casual fashion with other accessories to look more lifelike and beautiful.
Fashion also has some benefits. With fashion, we can increase our confidence, and fashion also provides a special attraction for others and the users. Because, basically become fashionable in this recent time is a common thing. In addition, we are free to express ourselves with the trend that we like through fashion. So, don’t be afraid to be someone who appears differently. Being fashionable, why not?!
Fashion is always developing in accordance with the changing of time. And basically, human is familiar with fashion for centuries started with a simple outfit. But, because of the globalization and modernization, not only in the economic, social, and political sector, but also culture has changed, especially in dress (fashion). Indefinitely it can be concluded that human has 15% dependence on fashion. So the fashion needs must be fulfilled every time.

SOULLESS SINGER

First of all, I want to greet my beloved readers, Hi, how are you? I wish you are fine. Now, I want to tell you about my hobbies. My hobbies are so many, such as, singing, dancing, fashion, make-up, reading, and learning something new. But, one hobby that I like the most is singing. I’ll tell you more about my experiences when I sing and it is also talking about God, maybe you can be more faithful to God.
Singing was one of the talents that I had, I really like to singing. Since I was 12 years old I always joined many singing competitions in my hometown, Rembang. Usually before I went to the stage, my mother and I prayed for my performance. We prayed that the Lord would be with me, and that He would be pleased when I sang on the stage. I have won many singing contests. But, those achievements made me become an arrogant person until I forgot to pray to God.
My achievements changed my priority. Time went by, and I kept singing, singing and singing, joining a variety of singing competitions until one day I started to forget to read the Bible and to pray to say thank you to God. Do you know what was the worst? Yes! I never went to the Church anymore with the reason that I needed a long time to practice my voice for various singing competitions. I was 16 years old at that time in 2013. I was a senior high school student. Sometimes I worried about my competitions rather than God. At that moment, I began to put Him somewhere after the singing contests in my heart, not as my top priority anymore.
I started to be arrogant with the talent that I had. One day, when I joined a singing contest at the Grand Hotel, I refused to pray before I went to sing at the stage. Then at the end of the contest, when the champions were announced, I got no position at all. Of course, I was very angry and disappointed, and it felt like there was a huge stone wrecking my heart so hard. I couldn't hold back my tears and I ended up crying. Since that time, I didn't want to join any competitions.
As time passed, I began to realize what was important in my life. My father, my mother and my sisters always gave me supports and asked me to cheer up again. To be honest, my family made my heart felt better. My third sister, Grishana is a preacher. She advised me and explained a very special thought it was about Jesus. Then I realized an important thing for my life. I always refused Him, never prayed and never read the Bible, never went to the Church since I was busy with my stupid competitions. I was act like singing is everything. But the truth was not like that. The most important thing was being faithful with God. I cried again, considering how good our God was in each and every part of my life. He had processed me to become as beautiful as I was now. After that, I prayed together with my family in the living room as usual.
I did not believe that God still loved me and processing my personality to be better. From this experience, I realize that we can do anything with God. Everything is possible with God. However, I should stayed to put Jesus in the first place in my heart. I would like to give thanks to God for being a part of my sweet memories. I also feel blessed that I could change my point of view about singing. I hope by this experience you can learn something and more trust in God. I will always pray for you. Thank you. ^^

♥BETWEEN ME AND WRITING ♥

Hay guys… long time no see ;) Finally, I use my blog again, well here I want to introduce myself to all of you who read it. I hope you like it. Okay first, my name is Ajeng Retnaning Palupi, my family calls me Poppy and I don’t know why I can be called Poppy. I was born on May 10, 1997, Rembang. Now, I’m studying at Faculty of Language and Culture, UKSW (Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana). My Father is a civil employee and my mother is a teacher at SMP N 3 Rembang. I have four sisters and I’m the last child in my family.  My hobbies are singing, dancing, and buying a new teeth brush every month. Maybe it sounds crazy, but … that’s me.  Next, my favorite colors are pink, white, black, and gold. My favorite food is meat. My favorite drinks are mineral water and everything that made from banana. I have some dreams, my dream is to be a professional photographer and a designer. I really like fashion. Although my parents disagree with that, my mother really wants me to be a teacher and my father force me to be a civil employee. But actually, deep in my heart, I won’t to be a teacher or civil employee, but I feel like there is a hole inside my heart if I say no to my parents, I really confused and I really sad if I can’t  be my parents’ expectation.  Sometimes, life is hard. And that’s why I need Jesus. I keep praying and stand firm in Him whatever who I am to be in the future, I still believe that Jesus has a pretty plan in my future.
Next, I want to tell you about some pieces of my college life. In college, I have studied about listening, speaking, writing and grammar. But the most lesson that I like is writing because when I write I can explore my imagination and my emotional in my paper sheets, it feels like I have my own world. And I ever wrote several short stories but in Indonesian. Of course is not as easy as you think because I have to work hard for every idea. It means that sometimes I have difficulties to reach some ideas and I need some inspirations to write, beside that I have been challenged many things in grammar when I writing in English, I must pay attention with every sentence that I wrote because grammar is very important. Then I shouldn’t make grammar errors when I write some words because typo can change everything (the meaning). And my expectations in Writing for Media class are, First, I want to improve my skill in writing. Second, I wish that my brain can accept ideas, imaginations, or inspirations to write something more quickly. So, I can be a creative writer. And I hope every work that I write can satisfy every reader.
Oh…. My God, I don’t realize that time going too fast, now it’s the time for  closing, but don’t worry I’ll make this blog still alive and I will explore more creative story in this blog. Thank you very much for everyone who read this… God bless and see you when I see you. ^w^
